Engagement Description –

The Business Analysis/Project Coordinator would be assigned to funded CMCX and DX projects with responsibility for updating budget forecast and actuals, managing the change control process, assisting the Delivery Lead in the on-time submission of Minor and Major gate closures, SharePoint and project access tasks and hours.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• Budget Forecasting, Actuals, Burn Rate and Data Analysis for Labor and Non-Labor costs along with resource management through systems like Planview : 3- 5 Yrs.

• Work with a Delivery Lead and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and oversee small parts of the larger project.

• Collaborate with various members of the project team and the client to develop a time line, create schedules, and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

• Solid proficiency and experience utilizing MS Excel (XLSX) spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other information. Ability to create Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts/graphs and other advance Excel analysis skills.

• Ability to manage financials including Forecast, Actuals, Burn Rates and timesheet analysis to provide and ongoing and accurately updated weekly, quarterly and annual financial model.

• Experience with PlanView or similar to manage the scope, schedule and financial views on projects. Continuous learning and engagement with the Project Management process.

• Organizing contracts, financial files, reports, and invoices, and performing other administrative duties. Experience working with Procurement areas.

• Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple project schedules; able to juggle and prioritize numerous tasks in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and solid follow-up skills.

• Project Delivery and Gating processes including RASIC management, MAR documents and approvals process, Gate Scheduling, Milestone Closing and Release Tracking – 3 – 5 Yrs

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable leading web and face-to-face meetings.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

• Understanding of IT/Healthcare IT technologies and terminologies

• Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum and Sprinting

Education/Certifications – Include:
