Engagement Description –

Supports operational activities for a behavioral health program through summarizing data trends, maintaining business processes, including detailed review and regular updates of program communications, and other activities as required. Includes working with cross functional teams and an external vendor to facilitate execution of activities and issue resolution to support the program.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – Include: 2-3 yrs. Experience on:

• Proactive and detail oriented, self-starter.

• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills in working through business processes, data analysis and issue resolution.

• Analyzing and visualizing data using tools like SQL, spreadsheets and data visualization software. Maintaining business processes that include data analysis and coordination with external departments.

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

• Communication and writing skills. Interfacing with various departments, senior management and individuals external to the organization.

• Creating reports and dashboards.

• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
