Job Description

Where you’ll work : Boston, MA; may telecommute from any location within the continental U.S.

Job Duties:

As a Senior Product Designer, the position requires:

  • Lead the development of new design concepts and solutions that apply understanding of user problems, research, product vision, and technology capabilities.

  • Create both low fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity design assets.

  • Drive product design decisions from beginning to end.

  • Use feedback from users and data to help inform design decisions.

  • Work closely with Product Development on best in class implementations.

  • Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with UX, Product Owners, and Engineering.

  • Articulate design decisions to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.

  • Advocate for the user and evangelize user experience throughout the organization.

  • Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.

What We’re Looking For:

As a Senior Product Designer, the minimum requirements are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, UX, Applied Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or alternate occupation such as Product Designer, UX Designer, or closely related.

  • Position requires 5 years of experience involving the following:

  • Creating design deliverables for the entire user experience, including design visions and initial concepts, workflows, wireframes, and polished visual comps;

  • Utilizing and contributing to the improvement of design system patterns;

  • Creating and testing UX prototypes;

  • Motion design, motion graphics, or animation;

  • Front-end development; and

  • Incorporating findings from user research into designs

Wage: $141,960.00 to $180,000.00
