  • Basic Qualifications

  • Must be able to work from assembly drawings, visual aids, blueprints and other written instructions in performing assigned duties.

  • Work with wire cutters, screwdrivers, soldering irons, pliers, and other hand tools/equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Package, mark or label material as required.

  • Perform production testing.

  • Ability to read and understand production schedule

  • Comply with workmanship standards. Strive to meet productivity targets.

  • Must have good written and verbal communication.

  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Follow all safety rules.

  • Inspect own work for quality

  • Instruct Assembler 1’s on soldering basics and how to identify quality issues

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Know how to identify turnback’s and report them to cell lead

Education

  • Highschool diploma or GED equivelant

  • Must be able to train operators at Assembler 1 level

  • IPC-610 Solder Certified

  • Must have the ability to learn cross functional tasks in other cells
