Derry Imaging is seeking an energetic  Patient Service Representative for our busy call centers. This is a fast-paced position that offers a competitive salary and great work environment!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE POSITION?

  • A great attitude and the ability to greet each patient as a valued member of the family - even when stressed

  • A strong ability to multitask, and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • The capability to manage time effectively while always treating patients with empathy

  • Above average organizational and interpersonal skills; a team-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience in the use of computers including Microsoft Excel & Word

  • Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

    WHAT EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

  • High school diploma required

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a medical office preferred

  • Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred

  • Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred

  • Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications; excellent typing skills

  • Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required

  • Above average organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

    This part-time position is Monday through Friday, with some evenings (until 8:00 pm) and rotating Saturday hours. The successful candidate will "float" between offices as needed.

    Derry Imaging Center, an independently owned and operated practice, is American College Radiology (ACR) accredited in Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI and CT Imaging, and has onsite fellowship-trained radiologists.
