DMC Primary Care , a physician-owned, independent practice, with offices throughout southern New Hampshire, has been providing comprehensive care for entire families since 1964. We help each patient achieve the best possible health through every stage of life.  We do this by providing an accessible, innovative healthcare experience that is built around our patient’s needs.

DMC Primary Care seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our team of primary care providers as Clinical Nurse Leader. Our family practice offices offer a fast paced, supportive team environment. 

The successful candidate will possess strong clinical and management skills and have the ability to work well with diverse personalities. In-depth knowledge of and experience in a family medicine practice is strongly preferred. The clinical nurse leader is responsible for clinical team leadership, education, and communication throughout the practice.

This full-time position is primarily located in Derry, NH but the successful candidate will also cover other clinics.

Primary duties include:

  •   Recruitment for nursing positions

  • Coordinating and overseeing the onboarding and training of newly hired clinical staff

  • Providing direct oversight & management of nursing staff

  • Management of vaccines

  • Develop staff clinical competencies, and provide ongoing education to staff

  • Maintain regulatory agency requirements for clinical practices

  • Providing high-quality nursing care when needed

    Qualifications:

    Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required. Candidates must hold a current State of New Hampshire Nurse’s license. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Experience as an educator for the clinical staff in the past strongly preferred. 5-7 years’ previous acute care or ambulatory care experience required. Primary care experience is strongly preferred.
