In this position you will p ro v i d e ass istance to policyho l d er s w i t h pre m ium reporting and account i n qu ir i e s . Must demonstrate the ability to actively l i s t e n to customer questions and concerns and provide a polite and p r o f e ss i o n a l r e s pon s e . Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills

  • Collections or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory

  • Positive attitude

  • Requires a working knowledge of Word and Excel
