Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Business Advisory for Mechanical Design Portfolio head by providing actionable insights through Data Analysis, business continuity planning, various profitability improvement initiatives.

  • Business planning and analysis of the business metrics to understand the gaps, provide recommendation on investments required to improve business. Regional P&L Analysis and recommendations to improve

  • Forecasting and Budgeting of Headcount, Revenue, Profitability for UK and Europe Businesses

  • Identifying, planning and implementing various key operational and financial parameters improvement actions to improve profitability of the business in the UK and Europe region

  • Drive business operations by leaning out and modifying existing processes to improve efficiency in business support functions

  • Liaising with global teams and reporting out UK and Europe business performance and seek investments and support for business growth initiatives

  • Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Engineering Graduate with experience in Operations Planning and project/program management

  • Excellent stakeholder Management

  • MS Excel and MS Office proficiency

  • Business Analysis and Data Analytics

  • Significant cross cultural team and stake holder management

  • Understanding of Engineering Services business in the UK and Europe

  • Ability to work in multiple time zones and managing people across different countries
