We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator! Do you love helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working on multiple engaging projects? Then we have a great position for you! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient management and administration of our property portfolio. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our properties while providing exceptional service to our tenants and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

  • Assist in lease negotiations and renewals.

  • Track lease terms, rent payments, and lease expirations.

  • Address any tenant inquiries or concerns related to lease agreements.

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities.

  • Schedule regular inspections of properties and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

  • Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Collect and process rent payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Prepare financial reports, including rent rolls, income statements, and expense reports.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

  • Handle accounts receivable and payable related to the properties.

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvements.

  • Conduct regular tenant meetings and maintain positive tenant relationships.

  • Address any tenant concerns related to property maintenance or services.

  • Maintain accurate property records, including leases, contracts, and tenant information.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and other documents.

  • Assist with the preparation of property marketing materials.

  • Support property managers and other team members as needed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience as a Property Administrator or similar role.

  • Knowledge of property management principles, lease administration, and legal requirements.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations (desired).
