PCB Piezotronics, Inc. Inventory Clerk II in Depew, New York

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Clerk.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of materials,

and supporting various departments within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.

Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishment as needed.

Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Organize and optimize Inventory storage to maximize space utilization.

Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
