An Electronics Technician is responsible for the repair of electronic instrumentation and aircraft components. In this position, you will be testing, troubleshooting, and repairing various avionics components in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. A successful Electronics Technician will be skilled in electronic/mechanical disassembly & reassembly. High precision soldering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities An Electronics Technician is responsible for the repair of electronic instrumentation and aircraft components In this position, you will be testing, troubleshooting, and repairing various avionics components in accordance with the manufacturers specifications Test, troubleshoot, and perform the service work required for the maintenance of a variety of avionics components Utilize various types of specialized test equipment to diagnose issues with aircraft components Interpret schematics, drawings, manuals, and instructions to properly perform duties Adjust, repair, or replace malfunctioning components or assemblies, using hand tools or soldering irons Document and report repair work using company software Interact with engineering and quality personnel as required

Requirements A.A.S. in Electronics or equivalent formal training Electronic/mechanical disassembly and reassembly experience Soldering experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and outstanding integrity Strong technical and analytical skills

Preferred Strong mechanical aptitude High-precision soldering experience ESD & IPC certification Additional Information Schedule is Monday Friday 1st or 2nd shift Remote work is NOT AVAILABLE for this role

Pay: $22.00 $30.00 per hour DOE
