DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking high school  or college students for Summer into Fall Co-Op opportunity to work at our High Concrete Group! This is a Summer position into Fall Co-Op for high school or college students.

The position starts at $20.00/hr.

Our Co-Op position will allow you to experience and learn about High Concrete Group in our Weld Shop!  We are looking for a student who is currently enrolled in a Welding education program to join our team for the co-op season.

You will be cutting rebar, bending rebar, cutting plates, MIG welding, gas welding, welding bare metal to bare metal, learning different machines and supporting our weld group and so much more!

The Summer position will follow into Fall Co-Op position. During the summer, it will be a 1st shift position, starting at 5:30AM or 9:00AM!

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications: * Basic math and measurement skills * Familiarity reading blue prints a plus * Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age  * High school students under 18 must present proof of CTC/CTE program enrollment to be granted an interview * Coursework and/or enrollment in welding and/or metal fabrication program required * The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary
