Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL) is seeking a Web Conference Support Specialist to join our team at the Nationsl Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado. This role will be part time and remote opportunity.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

Duties Shall Generally Include:

Web Conference Planning * Schedule web conferences for clients across multiple platforms, including Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams * Plan for web conferences event needs including break-out sessions, polling, multiple speakers' presentations * Advise on available options to ensure presenters' and participants' best experience * Set up event invitations and/or registration pages * Ensure presentation materials are received for event-in correct format * Schedule and host practice sessions prior to live events * Create Run-Of-Show for host Web Conference Hosting * Serve as the meeting technical host to provide technical support during live events * Provide a brief verbal introduction, using provided scripts * Troubleshoot during web conferences to resolve issues and assist presenters and participants * Run polls and manage breakouts, when needed * Share links in the chat, when needed * Record events when required Post-web conference * Provide/coordinate event recording files/links when required * Order transcripts * Collaborate with NREL teams to document issues during web conference and help resolve for future events

Minimum Requirements

Required Knowledge/Skills/Attributes: * 1-2 years' experience working with Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams platforms experience per the tasks noted above * Experience working with subject matter experts/web conference presenters * Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor * Problem solving approach to troubleshooting * Client service mindset * Collaborates well with teams * Ability to multi-task, planning for multiple events in parallel
