Technical Lead - Software Development - Angular Lead

The Mobile Community of Excellence is the team helping DaVita model the way for integrated care. Our team guides the web and mobile technology direction for patient-facing applications.

As the Technical Lead, you will play a key role in the Mobile Community of Excellence by designing, building, testing, and deploying the next generation of mobile and web applications for our patients and teammates. This role requires strong C# software development expertise and a desire/ability to partner with experts across DaVita. This role requires a strong leader that is also hands-on. You will possess strong skills in web development, middle-tier C# development, and strong database development skills

The candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications and exhibit passion for producing quality code, solving problems, and collaborating on solutions to improve our products. The successful candidate has a history of leading teams in a modern technical environment, embraces the principles of DevOps, and enjoys working in a rapidly changing environment. The candidate must love to work in an Agile development environment and have fun!

Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of web development using Angular 2+ or React Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience Strong experience in micro services and leading micro service transformations Demonstrated technical leadership skills 3+ years of .Net Core 5+ years of Dependency Injection and ORM experience Have strong knowledge of design patterns Unit testing frameworks Microservice architecture Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab to manage and share source code *Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, people leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications: Strong Angular experience Google Cloud experience or other Cloud solution is a plus Java Experience Experience with SignalR Experience with Message Queuing technologies Experience working on agile teams Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically Ability to manage risk and change with an agile approach Adept at learning new technologies quickly Experience designing web service APIs intended for mobile apps

Salary/Wage Range $110,100 - $141,700
