    Compensation: $24.00 at time of hire, $24.50 after 90 days of service

    General Summary:

The Security Surveillance Agent is tasked with the monitoring and documenting and identifying any and all suspicious activity, monitoring the patterns of peoples in and around the building. Also documenting and bookmarking any incidents or injuries making notes of the occurrence and circumstances around them.

Shift:

Swing shift 2:30pm – 11pm with Tuesdays & Wednesdays off.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into computer programs and use programs to gather data.

  • The ability to use digital video recorders and offload video and photos from DVR’s.

  • Write reports on activities seen and have good phone skills.

  • Operate all equipment in the surveillance room

  • Documenting and bookmarking any incidents or injuries making notes of the occurrence and circumstances around them.

  • Monitor, Document, and Identify any and all suspicious activity

  • Other Duties as assigned

    Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in business courses preferred

  • Customer Service experience, preferred

    Computer Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with computer related systems.

  • Demonstrated computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet programs
