Ford Audio Video Service Field Engineer in Denver, Colorado

The Service Field Engineer (SFE) consults with Ford AV clients to help maintain, diagnose, and repair their A/V systems. The SFE works with Fords Customer Care Dispatch team and is responsible for providing quality customer service to diverse clientele, utilizing hand tools and diagnostic equipment, attending to service calls and work orders in a timely manner, and repairing A/V systems and equipment. The SFE can expect to visit an average of two to three client sites per day.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot A/V or technology systems Programming experience with Crestron/AMX Prior experience installing/repairing commercial A/V (sound, video, lighting, projection systems) Experience processing work orders/Service tickets Ability to communicate technical issues and resolution plans clearly both verbally and written Associates degree or higher in electronics or related field preferred
