Join our dynamic Industrial Team as a Senior Structural Engineer and contribute to innovative projects across industrial sector, including heavy industrial, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and laboratories. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for complex industrial projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety regulations.

  • Provide critical QA/QC oversight and contribute to strategic decisions that drive project success.

  • Mentor and support junior engineers, promoting their professional development and technical expertise.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and efficient project execution.

  • Manage multiple project deliverables, maintaining rigorous timelines and budget constraints for high-quality results.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE; Omaha, NE; Des Moines, IA; Kansas City, MO; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Loveland, CO and Denver, CO office location(s). We will also consider full remote candidates.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, with a structural emphasis, is preferred.

  • At least eight years of structural engineering experience, ideally in the industrial sector involving energy projects or pharmaceutical facilities.

  • Registration as a Professional Engineer.

  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Typical salary range for this position is $117,000 to $161,000+ and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
