Who We Are Milliman SkySail is looking for a Senior Pharmacy RFP Analytics Manager who will be responsible for managing the analytics for Request for Proposals (RFP) processes for Payers seeking Pharmacy Benefit services. Job Responsibilities Lead the analytical portion of the RFP process Facilitate modeling meetings and communication with Payers, PBMs, team members, and other Milliman practices Advise and review RFP questions Review, model, and assess RFP technical and financials Guide clients through financial RFP models for each round of bidding, the BAFO, and vendor selection Assist during the contract stage, including recommending updates and working with PBMs and Payers Appropriately engage other business units and departments Identify problems and effectively communicate solutions Stay current on market conditions that affect our clients and practice Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree in any field of study 2+ years proven track record of success in running Payer RFP models 2+ years of related professional experience in Pharmacy consulting including financial modeling or RFP analytics 2+ years of related professional experience in PBM industry preferred including financial modeling or RFP underwriting 5+ years of relevant work experience Deep understanding of PBM underwriting and RFP modeling Strong command of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) as well as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Willing and able to travel nationwide, as needed Competencies and Behaviors that Support Success in this Role Demonstrated "let's find a way to do it" attitude - no task is too big or too small Exceptional communication skills: articulate and professional when speaking with clients as well as with colleagues, at all organizational levels and via all mediums (phone, email, Teams, etc.) Thrive in an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture Considerate when listening to issues or needs, thoughtful in responding Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Able to analyze situations to uncover underlying issues Creative and collaborative in solving problems Quick thinking Constructive, resourceful Strong multi-tasking and organization skills About Milliman Independent for over 75 years, Milliman delivers market-leading services and solutions to clients worldwide.
