  • Create new and renewing customer documents based on the analysis and interpretation of case implementation materials.

  • Draft client and member documents using an automated specialized text generation/text editing application.

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve service and increase efficiencies.

  • Support the review of document questions to ensure client intent is captured
