Stantec Consulting Services Inc Project Manager (Multiple Positions) in Denver, Colorado

Project Manager (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.; Denver, CO): Define and submit engineering project statements for client approval. Bid for and hire architects, engineers, and contractors to support Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and projects involving pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Supervise project meetings, coordination, kickoff, project schedules, and financials. Control all system shutdowns for engineering projects, with a focus on disruptions to manufacturing utilities and communication with impacted stakeholders. Coordinate multiple small to medium-size renovation projects simultaneously. Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the client teams reflecting progress, cost, schedule, safety, and risks. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $124,093 - $135,400 per year. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location.

Bonus: Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) commissioning and MEP systems; Project management at Pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities; Facilities operations, direct designing, or managing facilities; Maintenance of a pharmaceutical campus, systems commissioning start-up, reviewing installation compliance, design documents, and creation of maintenance plans; and Creating a full project scope, including projected cost, budget, schedule, risk register, project goals, and project necessity.

Telecommuting permitted up to 5 days a week, depending on business need.
