System One Product Delivery Program Manager in Denver, Colorado

System One is actively seeking a Product Delivery Program Manager for a long-term contract position located in Denver, CO.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure and contribute to the field of energy efficiency, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Product Delivery Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support a team working on several different projects with different tasks associated with each program vs owning just one program.

  • Working on a number of programs across portfolio – will be working on a large portfolio of 10-12 different programs in which the resource will be involved with team meetings, collaborating with engineers, project groups, partner organizations, etc.

  • Work with product team collaborating with engineers, account management group, and third-party study vendors.

  • Responsible for assisting with data programs that provide data to building owners at a building level as well as data to city stakeholders at a city block, city, and county level.

  • Supporting indirect programs in addition to assessment programs; energy efficiency programs moving into demand management and renewables.

  • Will support programs working on end year delivery to achieve regulatory goals in Colorado and Minnesota.

  • Support energy efficiency programs in both Minnesota and Colorado focusing primarily on data driven programs.

  • Support several types of programs such as study programs working with customer sites, review their operating procedures, their equipment and make recommendations at that point for energy efficient upgrades.

  • Responsible for assisting with data and indirect programs in addition to assessment programs; energy efficiency programs moving into demand management and renewables.

  • Encompass a lot of project management work and pipeline management.

    Product Delivery Program Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in renewable energy, marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of two years of Program Management experience supporting multiple programs.

  • MS Office, proficient experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

  • Self-driven

  • Ability to work with effectively collaborating with employees across various levels and functions, ensuring the successful completion of projects and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

  • Budget management experience.

  • Salesforce experience a plus

    Project Location: Denver, CO

    Hybrid Schedule: Onsite (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), Remote (Monday and Friday)

    Pay Rate: $45.00 - $50.00/hr. (rate will depend on background/experience)

    Contract Duration: 11-Months with high possibility for an extension.
