Your Role:

As our Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support to our team. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, client relations, financial management, data analysis, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

As the Office Manager at our property management company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and databases, generate reports, and analyze data to support decision-making processes, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite products extensively, particularly Excel and Outlook.
