Manager, Maintenance Technicians - Reactive: $80,000-$96,000 This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle maintenance work orders and home preparations.
Maintenance Technician: $29-$33/hour This role is responsible for performing top-notch maintenance work in our single-family rental homes while providing best-in class customer service to our residents
Maintenance Technician - Turnover: $29-$33/hour This role is responsible for performing top-notch turnover work in our single-family rental homes to ensure we provide a best-in class experience for our residents.
