Description:

Large Format Shuttle Driver

Responsible for delivery of product to large volume customers utilizing a Box Truck. Maintain good customer relations and effective communication with team members.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for delivery and unloading of product to customers' stockrooms. Pick up return product and empty trays; transport and unload back at Sales Center. Ensure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction and communicate any customer concerns/issues to BBU manager. Represent BBU as a leader in the baking business. Other duties as assigned. Ability to proactively recognize and report safety issues and exhibit safe work practices. Ability to communicate and work effectively with all associates in a team environment. Must be detail oriented with ability to identify shipping challenges and/or opportunities. Ability to attend to customers' needs with courtesy and professionalism. Ability to work unsupervised and foster an environment that reflects the values of BBU. Position Requirements: What we need from you:

1-3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience, DSD experience is a plus. Must be computer literate, Hand-Held Computer (HHC) preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs overhead. Must be able to push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to stack product according to sales center stacking procedures. Ability to work early mornings and holidays. Ability to work a M, T, Th, F, and Sat weekly schedule. Must be at least 21 years of age.
