Our managers are skilled at scheduling, dispatching, project management, and managing labor Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the install department. Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed. Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost effective manner. Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve.
