We are partnered with a Big-Box Home Improvement Store for residential heating and air which keeps us busy year-round! Our technicians average 4 to 6 service leads per day. This position is ideal for someone who is immediately seeking long-term employment. If you are a self-motivated individual with great work ethic and the personality to help with customer satisfaction, then we would love to get to know you!

Our Technicians reside within 90 minutes of this address, and with a take-home service van they run service calls between their home and ours.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
A minimum of three years experience in residential HVAC services. A high school diploma or GED. EPA Certificate. Valid driver's license and good communications skills. Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc. Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces or materials.
**Sign-On Bonus Amount will Depend on Experience. Bonus will be paid out in increments.
**Selected candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, MVR check, and background check.
