Schedule: Full-time

Shift : 11am-7:30pm M-F, rotating weekends

Location: 2525 S DOWNING ST, Denver

The role you'll contribute:

Will work as a part of the food and nutrition services team to prepare food for patients, cafeteria, and catering functions, following established standards.

The value you'll bring to the team:

  • Accurately follow recipes.

  • Produce all hot and cold-side food items for patient menus and cafeteria.

  • Stock and prepare back up items for following shifts.

  • Working knowledge of food sanitation (Serve Safe certification preferred)

  • Monitor cleanliness, rotation, and organization of walk-in coolers.

  • Maintain clean and sanitary work area throughout shift.

  • Work in Patient care, Catering, and Cafeteria

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Required:

· No formal education or training necessary

· Must have the ability to be trained

· Ability to read and write English

Preferred:

· 6-12 months commercial food service experience preferred
