Actalent Construction Project Engineer in Denver, Colorado

Description:

  • We are currently seeking Project Engineers with 1-5 years of experience to support affordable housing and multifamily projects

  • Majority of project are affordable housing and multifamily but this company also works on hospitality, senior living, k-12, higher education, and government projects

  • Responsibilities include RFI's, submittals, support purchasing, generate schedules, support contract processes, manage change process, quality control, close outs

  • Projects worth up to $70M

  • Local projects and all are new construction - projects in Denver, Lone Tree, and Ft Collins

  • Based in Denver, CO
