Job Summary

This position is responsible for safe driving and delivery of customer materials. This position may also assist in the warehouse when not driving. Duties include, but are not limited to, driving the company truck to deliver orders to customers, the loading and unloading of materials, and duties assigned in the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate Class B straight Truck with 26' bed.
  • Deliver orders to customers following DOT and internal safety rules using the company truck.
  • Maneuver heavy materials with the use of forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.
  • Move material as needed.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
  • Assist in warehouse as needed.
  • Loading and unloading of company truck.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
  • This position spends most of the time outside of the facility (90%) and working at the facility (10%). *

Travel Requirement:

  • No travel is required for this position outside of regular customer deliveries.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Used:

  • Personal Protective Equipment is regularly required for this position which includes steel or composite toe boots, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves and arm guards, hearing protection, and hard hat.
