About the Role: We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Associate to join our Aerospace &Defense Market Team in our Performance Solutions Division. This Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing profitable revenues at strategic and key customers in Colorado and surrounding areas. This role will cover the Mountain region of Colorado & Utah; the candidate must reside in Salt Lake City, Utah or Denver, Colorado, or surrounding areas.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Utah or Colorado, or surrounding areas.

Pay and Benefits: $99,000 - $140,000 per year Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics. Responsibilities: Sell and promote Gore products and capabilities to targeted customers, expanding current product sales as well as introducing them to new products Support division metrics and growth goals by number and quality of new opportunities Move opportunities through the sales funnel achieving product wins Develop strong relationships with customer leadership, including key technology & buying Influencers Investigate customer requirements for product applications Partner with internal business stakeholders to identify and develop sales and marketing opportunities within the Aerospace & Defense market Resolve customer problems Provide accurate and evergreen sales forecasts usingestablished Sales Tools Develop and maintain effective and efficient territory and account plans to meet growth objectives

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years technical sales experience Current and valid driver's license Engage and able to leverage technical understanding and ability to explore and identify adjacencies and new opportunities Be self-motivated and disciplined; positive attitude and strong teamwork with the ability towork across all functions internally Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technicalvalue externally and business value with application details internally Strong desire to grow professionally, adapt to an ever-changing environment and arecoachable Demonstrated ability of self-lead: time management, prioritization of sales and project activities, strong organizational skills Ability to manage a number of large opportunities simultaneously, work with a number of different sales people and product teams Ability to travel up to 40% overnight Desired Qualifications: Engineering Degree (mechanical or electrical) Minimum 3 years experience in the defense industry
