Litigation Attorney

Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic litigation general practice firm in the search of a 1 plus years’ Litigation Associate Attorney to join their busy construction and civil litigation law practice in the Denver Tech Center. Candidates interested in this position should have a strong attention to detail; should be well organized; should have exceptional research and writing skills; should be a self-starter who require little to supervision. Experience handling matters related to civil litigation, insurance, construction defect; and contract disputes is highly preferred. Requirements - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

  • Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • General familiarity with Insurance Defense Litigation

  • Proven knowledge of Defense Litigation

  • Good understanding of management litigation

  • Experience with Licensed Attorney

  • Strong familiarity with Commercial Litigation

  • Experience with Construction Litigation

  • Complex Litigation experience preferred

  • Quality experience with civil litigation

  • Skills in Litigation Documents

  • Practical knowledge of litigation

  • Well-founded grasp of Employment Litigation

  • Earlier work involving filing litigation

  • Comprehension of Litigation Experience

  • Wide ranging experience with defense litigation

  • Previous experience working with Litigation Attorney

  • Civil Litigation Experience experience required

  • Civil litigation experience desired

  • Licensed attorney with 1+ years of experience

  • First-rate academic credentials and references

  • Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
