Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in the Village. We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives.

The Change Management and Deployment Analyst will support small to large change project deployments using process improvement and change management methodologies. The Analyst will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with management consulting, change management, organizational development and clinical experience. This individual is expected to effectively manage individual work streams, communicate the business need, and assist project teams by creating the support required to move people through the change curve.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment. A successful individual will operate with a high level of emotional intelligence. Organizational change projects will include:

Partner with a Change Manager and cross-functional teams across the organization to develop deployment strategies and collateral to drive the implementation and adoption of innovative technologies and processes. Use organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans. Build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide insight and analysis for individual projects. Develop credible and pragmatic analytical approach and framework to drive adoption. Adhere to a standard practice for change management and deployment. Provide analytical assessments to better support and drive change throughout project life-cycle. Ensure each change project has the correct elements to successfully drive awareness and adoption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES In order of significance, list the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and the typical % of time spent performing them. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Change Management:Develop and deliver various aspects of change management collateral depending on engagement. Work with Change Manger to develop and execute various elements of change management methodology, including but not limited to: Deployment Plan Communications Sponsorship Coaching Plan Resistance Management Training Plan Change Reinforcement Understand change methodology and apply it effectively. Effectively engage with Field partners to define, gather, and analyze feedback. Collate findings from feedback in order influence or adapt the change approach.

Data & Analytics:Analyze, interpret, and QA data. Develop credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption. Use data to identify next steps and turns insights into actions Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and is able to build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide analysis based on project needs

Project Management:Effectively manage time and task completion with minimal support and oversight. Develop and complete collateral in a timely fashion. Ability to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams.

Written & Oral Communication / Building Relationships:Easily builds rapport within cross-functional project teams. Is collaborative and an informal influencer. Build appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks Navigate cross functional relationships effectively Present comfortably and compellingly to multiple audiences. Work closely with field teammates and develop strong relationships with operators and clinicians to inform and drive project outcomes.
