Infosys is seeking a 5G architect. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO. or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Experience in Wireless 5G SA architecture is required. Minimum of 7 years of IT experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Expert in Wireless 5G SA architecture/3GPP with extensive knowledge of 5G NFs, message flows, APIs and Telco integration Ability to interface with senior leadership and Application/NF vendor execs to evangelize Telco 5G ecosystem and identify potential industry use cases across 5g & telco edge. Ability to conceptualize and drive 5G network monetization and Network as a service platform and developer marketplace uptake. Expertise in integration of 5G NFs, AF/NEF to 3 rd party NFs and applications to develop new Gov/enterprise vertical opportunities, Camara APIs for B2B use cases with diverse application and network engineering teams. Knowledge of 5G SA muti-vendor NF ecosystem distributed cloud native deployment on AWS public cloud/VMware Tanzu and hands-on lab integration and partner support The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
