The centers provide campus-based direct services and supports at 13 centers located throughout the state. Functions under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.Answers phone and takes accurate messages for food service and other staff, Triages callers to appropriate staff, Greets visitors or callers in professional and courteous manner.Types WORD documents, duplicates, and distributes in electronic or hard copy.Enters accurately data into EXCEL spreadsheets and Databases.Checks documents and reports submitted for consistency and accuracy. Files submitted documents into files per established procedures.Copies necessary documents for evidence books, meeting packets, and other purposes at direction of supervisor.Orders office supplies as needed for staff.
