Full Time Receptionist: Caroline County States Attorney Office

About the Position: The Office of the States Attorney for Caroline County is currently seeking to fill a vacancy for a Full-Time Receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting all visitors, answering all incoming calls, sorting, and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail, creating new case files in the case management system, monitoring the electronic filing system in both District and Circuit Court, along with many other tasks.

Required Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems; be able to type at a speed of none less than 55 wpm. Ability to communicate effectively in the oral and written form. Be courteous, patient, organized and detail oriented. Preferred Knowledge: Bilingual in Spanish and English

Education Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent, to include or supplemented by courses in computer science, typing, office procedures, and word processing. AND six (6) months of clerical experience.

Upon an employment offer, applicants must submit to a substance abuse test and complete criminal background check.EOE

Salary: $17.50 / Hourly
