(Sr) Solids handling Engineer

Description

(Senior) Engineer with relevant experience with solids handling systems and related equipment such as (pneumatic) conveying systems, bagging & boxing and palletizing equipment and systems. Know-how of extruder equipment and processes is pre.

The candidate must be able to work in a proactive role to guide and lead as package owner the design aspects for the engineering in the project.

This by preparing and review specifications, vendor / sub-contractor evaluation and follow up the design by review vendor/contractor documents and design integration on the project. Expect to coordinate all multi discipline aspects of the packages in direct cooperation with Client and project team.

Qualifications

  • More than 10 year experience in engineering business in (Petro)chemical industry

  • independent worker, pro active

  • knowledge of national / international rules and regulations

  • relevant experience in handling above technical packages in engineering projects as package responsible engineer

  • English language ( Dutch & German is pre)

  • Microsoft Office
