We are recruiting for a small engine Boat Mechanic.  Want to be our newest team member?

You should have strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of engines, and electrical systems, and have the ability to haul, load and unload boats up to 35' in length. 

 

The Boat Mechanic will be responsible for performing repair work on inboard, sterndrives and outboard marine engines using hand and power tools and technical manuals.

Ability to diagnose issues using diagnostic tools such as computer programs etc.

Will regularly inspect and test engine equipment to determine mechanical issues and problems

 

What we look for in a Boat Mechanic:

Punctuality & consistent attendance

Provide exceptional customer service

Troubleshoot engine, hydraulic system, and electrical problems

Conduct maintenance and upkeep on water vessel

Complete service records and repair documents

Communicate concerns & job-related issues to the manager or supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training or certification in machine operation (if applicable).
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials.
