SOARIS DELAVAN LLC Quality Inspector in DELAVAN, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Quality Inspector 2nd shift: Shift premium to be applied. Tasks: * Execute the quality system activities to prevent quality deviations * Zero tolerance for defectsAnalysis and troubleshooting in support of efforts to reduce non-conformances * Collect and record required process data into databases. * Support and guide the organization and coordination of inspection and sorting activities. * Support the decision on the usability of damaged materials. * Monitor and audit operator performance to our rules and standards * Perform process/product audits & work with team on preventive actions * Support teams in corrective/preventive actions * Coordinate collection of the quality related costs data * Assist in disposition of non-conforming materials in SQM quarantine area * Contribute to development and maintenance of reports tracking our KPI\'s (key process indicators) * Management and escalation of blocked/suspect stock to ensure timely action closure Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of manufacturing or technical quality experience Good spoken and written English Great problem solving and communication skills Confident user of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Teams) Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years in Electronics Manufacturing Experience running calibrations or in calibration lab Prefer experience with mechanical/electrical drawings & various measurement and inspection systems.
