Are you an experienced machine operator looking for an exciting new opportunity? Adecco is proud to partner with a top-tier client to fill a temp-to-hire Machine Operator position that offers growth potential and competitive pay based on experience.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 5am-3pm (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)

  • 2nd Shift: 3pm-1am (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on machine operation experience required, ideally in metal manufacturing.

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding precision measuring tools.

  • Good math skills.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and adjust cutting-edge machines to execute complex machining operations with precision.

  • Perform close tolerance machining operations, including centering, drilling, reaming, tapping, turning, milling, deburring, filing, and sanding to deliver flawless results.

  • Take charge of machine controls, engaging power, adjusting coolant flow, and fine-tuning dimensions for top-quality results.

  • Perform routine maintenance, such as removing burrs and clearing machines of chips to ensure optimal performance.

  • Conduct meticulous quality checks to ensure parts meet exact specifications and complete all necessary documentation, including part tags and process sheets

  • Be quality-conscious at all times, consistently looking for ways to improve processes and enhance product standards.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
