POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting production in areas of the Rotomold team. Will be cross-trained in multiple areas to support production needs. Duties and Responsibilities Cross-train in areas of Rotomold Operations, outlined below Other duties as assigned Resin Mixing Ensure the powder recipes are being mixed with in the standard work-critical to have consistent color on batches Clean the resin mixer after each color batch that is produced Safely emptying our resin boxes into hoppers Supply machine operators with resin, as needed, to keep up with production Finishing Finish plastic parts using a variety of tools to finish edges, remove flash, drill holes, etc. Be able to identify quality problems and be able to repair quickly. Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques. Maintain the efficiency and quality goals set in the department. Machine Operation Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department Ability to use hoist, scale and computer Grasp and pull with hands frequently Order Assembly Pull, package, and label all customer orders for on time shipment and delivery Communicate and document missing or wrong parts or information for controls system update
