Our Maintenance Directors become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include: * Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations. * Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. * Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner. * Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment. * Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer service. * Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget. Preferred Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as * housekeeping and laundry operations. * Experience in health care is preferred.
