Duties and Responsibilities Work Flow / Day to Day Support Organize work flow / level load cells / focus on 100% on time (pull reports, paperwork, etc) Evaluate staffing levels move personnel as needed for shop load Explain team goals and LSI objectives and give work assignments to the assigned team members Coach, facilitate, solve work problems and participate in the work of the team Troubleshoot obstacles, standard work and process issues Relay request for resources and supplies. Communication Continuously communicate work load changes both within the department and to your internal customers Daily/weekly communication at QCDSM boards Listen, respond and coach team members about concerns with standard work and process issues Give continuous feedback on the daily performance of the team are we meeting our goals and sustaining. Process Improvements Update QCDSM boards and identify and communicate trends Identify areas in need of improvement. Work with employees to get their suggestions and input. Training and Development / Performance Perform On-the-job training; Serve as subject matter expert. Provide insight to the supervisor on team performance. Administrative Support / Other Assist in pulling data for the monthly presentations Make recommendation on employee time away from work based on work load Attributes Leadership Problem Solving/Analysis Results Driven Communication Proficiency Time Management Technical Capacity Qualifications 1-2 years of previous lead experience.
