*[Summary: [The Print Production Coordinator II (Coordinator) will be responsible for providing print production coordination services. The Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating transportation, multimedia and visual information support, amenities, accommodations, site surveys and event design while following military traditions and protocol in accordance with *OPNAVINST1710.12, Social Usage and Protocol Handbook.

  • Coordinate schedules, print specifications and work-order reports for posters, business cards, signage, presentations, and other print design products for a large-scale print shop.
  • Produce presentations and other print media-based content, and assist design staff in creation of content.
  • Maintain professional conduct during interactions with internal and external entities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of meetings and special events to include distinguished visitors, historic milestones, anniversaries, and community events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience working in an office setting or managing print project for an organization. Prefer three years of professional experience.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Experience working with vendors and suppliers before, during, and after events.

Salary $68,000 - $73,000
