Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

Office Operations:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and organized work environment.

  • Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and productivity.

Data Management:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

  • Data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of databases.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Draft and proofread correspondence and documents.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

  • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
