As Demand Planner you will be responsible for leading the demand review, finding a consensus, and generating an unbiased forecast with the aim of optimizing accuracy, customer service levels and inventories for EMEA Region and North & Western Europe. The role offers great visibility and requires collaboration with key stakeholders within global, regional, and local teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lead the monthly Regional Demand Review EMEA and the monthly Demand Review North & Western Europe.

  • Manage Product Life Cycle, phase-in, phase-out and participate to product portfolio rationalization projects.

  • Facilitate and support the annual Budget process and the quarterly financial forecast.

  • Identify changes of demand in the short-term causing supply issues.

  • Generate demand planning KPI`s and lead improvements projects.

  • Train, coach, and support demand planners during local demand reviews.

    You bring:

  • Engineering Degree or B.A. / B.S. degree business administration or supply chain or management information.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in demand & supply planning.

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and decision making.

  • Strong team player with good communication and social skills.

  • Fast Learning ability and change adoption.

  • Fluent in English; any other language is of advantage.
