Job Summary {#job-summary tabindex="-1"}

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facility's equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility
  • Repair equipment and facilities as needed
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility problems
  • Order and maintain maintenance supplies
  • Work with other departments to ensure that the needs of residents are met

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
  • Strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 18 -- 24 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekends as needed
