Arps Dairy HTST Production Operator in Defiance, Ohio

We are currently looking to add more amazing members to our HTST production team! Our HTST operators take care of processing milk, weighing, cleaning, sanitizing and prepping for the next day while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in order to maintain food safety and high quality products to our customers. At Arps, we put tremendous value on punctuality and reliability and expect our staff to do the same!

This is a full-time position that starts at 5pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, but schedules are subject to change at any time based on current need.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent with the most ideal candidates also having experience in a food processing facility, but we do offer on the job training. Candidates must also:

  • be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time
  • have the ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and working in hot and cold climates
