We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/ Estimator based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role is crucial within the organization, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be managing the logistics, manufacturing, and customer service aspects within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete supply chain process, ensuring efficient and timely operations.

• Utilize ERP Solutions for efficient resource planning and management.

• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPI Reporting) to ensure targets are met.

• Manage the logistics of the company's operations, ensuring accurate and fast delivery of products.

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to improve and optimize the supply chain process.

• Use CRM systems for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

• Utilize the 'About Time' software for effective workforce management.

• Implement and manage the use of 3M and Eaton products within the supply chain process.

• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Must possess expert knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management

• Demonstrable experience in Preconstruction Civil industry

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required

• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential

• Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
