With a reputation for completing projects on time and within budget, our client in the Boca Raton area is seeking a Construction Superintendent who can lead their on-site operations and ensure that every project reflects the high standards their clients expect. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in high end commercial constructionto oversee the daily on-site management of commercial projects. They will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of on-site construction for commercial restaurant projects.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to the project schedule and quality standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
Maintain open communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
Enforce all safety regulations and OSHA compliance, ensuring a safe work environment for all site personnel.
Perform regular inspections to ensure work meets company and client quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, including progress, delays, and any issues encountered.
Assist in resolving any on-site challenges, including logistical and technical issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure adherence to all building codes, permits, and zoning laws.
