They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in high end commercial constructionto oversee the daily on-site management of commercial projects. They will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of on-site construction for commercial restaurant projects.

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to the project schedule and quality standards.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain open communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.

  • Enforce all safety regulations and OSHA compliance, ensuring a safe work environment for all site personnel.

  • Perform regular inspections to ensure work meets company and client quality standards.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, including progress, delays, and any issues encountered.

  • Assist in resolving any on-site challenges, including logistical and technical issues, in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure adherence to all building codes, permits, and zoning laws.
