Aston Carter Accounts Payable Specialist in Deerfield Beach, Florida


Daily processing of all inbound and outbound invoices in an accurate and timely manner and enter in software Reviewing and addressing discrepancies Review and approve vendor invoices and prepare summary report to upload into software Assist as a backup auditor on bills for accuracy and correct invoices as needed. Communicate with carriers regarding rate, discrepancies, and assist with bill resolution. Review status of Carriers account statements to ensure invoices are not overdue. Responds to inquiries and questions internally and externally on status on invoices, payment terms, etc. Review data processing entries, prior to submitting batches for Auditing. Scan and file invoices vouchers in an orderly fashion. Perform other duties as required.
